Return and Refund Policy
BellaDonna Cosmetics mein hum apne customers ki satisfaction ko priority dete hain.
Return Eligibility:
- Product delivery ke 3 din ke andar return request kar sakte hain
- Product unused, sealed aur original packaging mein hona chahiye
- Damaged ya wrong product milne par turant hume contact karein (delivery ke 24 ghante ke andar photo/video ke saath)
Return Process:
- Humein WhatsApp/call par contact karein order number ke saath
- Hum return ki tasdeeq karenge aur pickup arrange karenge
- Product wapis milne ke baad, refund ya replacement process hoga
Refunds:
- Advance payment ka refund 3-5 working days mein process hota hai (agar order dispatch na ho saka ho)
- Change of mind ki wajah se return par shipping charges customer bardaasht karega
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened/used cosmetics (hygiene reasons ki wajah se)
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
